Why did a volunteer send me a letter in Spanish?

Vote Forward asks all volunteers to prepare letters according to the instructions. This includes writing personal messages in English unless the volunteer is participating in a bilingual letter campaign, where we ask volunteers to include messages in both English and Spanish. If you received a letter for either the Miami or Atlanta mayoral election, your letters is part of a bilingual letter campaign.
