How is Vote Forward Different?
There are a lot of groups out there working to make a difference. Two things make Vote Forward distinct: a large national volunteer infrastructure and a research practice rigorous and transparent enough to win the Analyst Institute's Malchow Award for publishing results showing a close to zero effect in the Atlantic. The combination is rare. Most groups have one or the other.
With our new mission, we’re also seeking to meet people’s material needs and providing tangible actions to protect democracy. These strategies are an extension on our work to get out the vote and help address the long term-problems that come from people not trusting the system to work for them. By expanding our goals to include outreach like helping people access government benefits they're entitled to, connecting constituents directly to the people who represent them, and meeting people's material needs directly, we are investing in the hard-to-reach constituents and voters who make a difference in the long term. We hope you’ll read more about our June 2026 relaunch and about our past results as you join us in what’s next.
