Is it ok to photocopy letter templates?

No. Photocopying blank letter templates is not an option for Vote Forward campaigns. Each Vote Forward letter template is customized for the recipient, with their name and address and a unique code at the bottom that allows them to opt out from future mailings, pledge to vote, and find personalized election and voter information. And every letter our volunteers send as part of a Vote Forward campaign must include the unique small print at the bottom, so letter recipients can remove themselves from future mailings.
