I'm having trouble downloading. Any suggestions?

Usually, when this happens, you can get it to work by doing one of the following, starting with the simplest:

• Log out of Vote Forward, and then log back in. The button to log out is in the top, right corner you screen.

If that didn't do the trick:

• Quit your browser, restart it, and then log back in to Vote Forward.

If you are still having trouble:

• Log in to Vote Forward using a private or incognito window. (Go to File on your browser and pick New Incognito/Private Window.)

You may also want to check that your browser isn't blocking file downloads from the Vote Forward website.
